Lately I've been having to endure a lot more general stupidity on my base acct. than before. "OTL Most of it is because of my sketches, the problem is people keep treating them like doll bases. EVEN THOUGHT IT SAYS NOT TO ON A BIG SHINY RAINBOW. D<<< But there are other things, too.

What really pisses me off is when they admit that they didn't read my rules, or they did read them and ignored them anyway. As if that makes it okay. If anything, it makes it worse because you've basically just admitted that you have no respect for people's rules.

Call me "Pocky" for extra rage.

Earlier this morning when I logged in I received a comment from someone saying they used one of my sketches knowing damn well I didn't want them to and they were like "LOL I FOUND A LOOPHOLE, THOUGHT, SO IT'S K" and I was like "NMIOWNVJKR NO IT FUCKING ISN'T D<" I promptly started this sketch afterwards.

I'll admit that I'm shallow, though. I've only let one person off the hook in the past because A) They're my friend, and B) They didn't know. If one of my friends makes a mistake I trust them not to make it again. :/

I hate it when people do stuff like that too, so you're not the only one.

I'm not a base maker, but I totally understand where you're coming from.

You'd think that since we're all "human beings" (sort of) that you could read and comprehend what the rules are, and notice that some things aren't meant to be done.

And, you'd think they'd notice the "big shiny rainbow" on the sketch...

I don't understand what they're thinking when they decide to do something they know they're not meant to. Most, if not all, of the people who break my rules are strangers who I've never spoken to before. They don't know me and I don't know them, what makes them think I would give a break to a total stranger? :S

Exactly.
It's pretty much them just thinking they rule the world, so they go off and do what they want... It's just pathetic. You'd think after all the drama that's going on, that the people would get the picture and literally read the rules. :/
